Pilates is something I am incredibly passionate about and I have been teaching it since 1999. I love helping people and try to create a sense of community in my classes, hopefully making a positive difference in the lives of others in numerous ways!
I am a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, qualified to teach all levels of ability from beginners to advanced, and I am fully insured, so you’re in safe hands!
Classes are held in Emsworth, Westbourne, Bosham and Fishbourne.
There are never more than 12 to a class which means everyone gets personal attention. It also means that exercises can be adapted to suit you and any current issues or injuries you may have.

The classes are run during term time and workshops are available during the summer holidays. I like to offer you flexibility for your Pilates sessions, so if you can’t make your regular class, you can swap to another class at any time within the academic year, providing you are a current fully paid up member of Pilates South (subject to availability).
I love learning and like to look at the whole picture when trying to help clients, I believe our minds can have a big influence on how our body responds to stress, pain or illness.
